Does Cell C know what good customer service is??

My account has been debited incorrectly, I lodged a complaint telephonically and emailed Cell C as well on the 15/10/2013 @ 09h53. The consultant told me I would have my money within 24-48 Hours. On Friday 18/10/2013, 72 Hours later I called in again at 10h07 & spoke to a consultant called Mathlapi who only then escalated my case to the ER Department. Case No. 3101800729. He told me that I would be called within 4 hours again from someONE within that department.

On Saturday 19/10/2013 I called in again at 09h40 as no one bothered to call me and spoke to a Maurice who said he will make a "URGENT NOTE" on the system for someone to call me on Monday 21/10/2013.

And guess what... To date no one has called to tell me what's happening to my money.

Cell C I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY CONTRACTS TO END, I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE THAN RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE!!!

PLEASE TELL ME WHERE MY MONEY IS CELL C... Case No. 3101800729
