Incorrect info lost airtime wrong contract

Questions asked: Are we going to loose our current air time? Answer=no. Will our current contract's BIS and BBM still work with the new phone? Answer=yes. We were happy with the answers and signed the contract. Our BIS and BBM worked for a while and hen stopped. When we view our air time, everything was gone. I explained to the call center what the Witbank store told us before the signing of the contract and they told me that the store provided with the incorrect information. When i explained to the Witbank store what the problem was she said that she will to log a query with Autopage. Autopage said that i forfeited my airtime when i upgraded and will not be able to use BBM or my BIS on the new phone. I did not agree because that was one of my questions. She asked me to buy extra data bundle to be able to use the internet and BBM. This is not fair. Why should i now pay R150 extra for a mistake made by the store. I said we have 2 options: Give me unlimited internet access till the end of contract. FREE. Plus my lost air time or cancel the upgrade. They agreed to cancel everything.
