This morning at around 08:10am I was at Sandton city and desperate to get a micro SIM, while I was looking around for an open vodacom shop where I can enquire about it I came across an unbelievable encounter. I saw a lady in Vodacom4U uniform coming towards the stores' entrance where I was trying to check the operating times, she had head phones on, when she approached I tried to get her attention of which she ignored me but I gave her benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she couldn't hear me because of the head sets. Her ignorance was alarming though because she continued unlocking the door with two strangers trying to get her attention of which she cared less of, she unlocked and slightly closed the door behind her and never locked it. She went in and lingered a bit while we were knocking and making all gestures to get her attention. Eventually she came to the door and was still not attending to us until we sort of forced her to talk to us. when we explained that we were trying to get her attention she said she had no interest in talking to us and she doesn't want to talk to us. If vodacom is represented by such people who treat loyal customers like that I don't see why we are
