Lack of care from Vodacare

I am shocked and utterly disappointed at the "care" shown to public by the Vodacare Shop in Durban Central. On Friday 24 May, I drove 20 km's to see about having my phone repaired. On arriving at the shop at 12:08, I noticed a note on the door stating that the shop will be closed from 12:15 to 13:15. The door was closed and I had to shout and wave to get the attention of an employee within the shop. I pointed out the time as well as the time that the shop was meant to be closing. He simply pulled the sign off the door and told me the shop is closed. If this is the "care" shown from Vodacare, my 3 contracts with them will be ported to more reasonable service providers as they expire. I can now see why in the last week in the news it was stated that Vodacom lost 300 000 pay as you go members. I'm utterly disgusted that of the 2 Vodacare shops in Durban, 1 can close on a Friday at lunch time when most clients will be able to sort out there phone problems only during their lunch break and Vodacare has absolutely no regard for their clients (what's left of them). How are you going to rectify this for me? Disgusted, Gavin Shepstone
