I am now a member for /- 7 months at the gym, . My kid is enrolled in the club V. Today i took my child along and left him with the two child minder's upon returning standing outside behind a closed door I could hear my child screamin Hysterical (not crying) after I got their attention the one quickly showed the other one (I couldnt see her) then they opened the door. I found that they have forced my kid into the baby room and closed the door (one holding the door handle so he cant come out) Upon asking I was told "he told the other kids he wants to box". Upon asking if he actually hit one I was told she couldnt really see. My child was Hysterical... I cant believe that that alone didnt tell her something was wrong. My kid is seeing a therapist at this time because het got locked in a public toilet when he was young Upon asking to speak to a manager I was left standing for 15 minutes. I then left the manager phoned me more than 40 minutes later after i spoke to their head office not saying much only that she is so sorry. The real manager called me later when I questioned her leadership by employing minders like that she even got abrasive telling me oh wel that is your perogative
