Pathetic Service & Attitudefrom Sandi-lee Steffens

Today i received the worst service from Vodacom Shop G5, The Bridge, Port Elizabeth.

At 09:57am, the entrance doors of the store was open halfway. I looked inside the store and saw 2 customers been assisted by the Vodacom Employees. I then entered the store and a sales consultant (Sandi-Lee Steffens) sitting at her computer raised her voice at me and said that the store only opens at 10am. I then responded and said that the doors are half way open and there are 2 customers in store already been assisted. I then left the store and waited till 10:00am. At 10:00am another customer walked in and lifted the roll up door fully and walked inside. I then followed him and she made the statement again with an attitude "we only open at 10am". Myself and the other customer stated that it was 10:00am. She then looked at her watch and put her head down. We stood in the store and asked if we were going to be assisted as she ignored us. Another employee then approached us and assisted us. I then told Sandi-lee that i was going to report her for her very bad attitude and service, she gets up and say " Here is my card, you can do what you want". she tried to be little me infront of customers.
