On the 11th Jan 2014 we discovered that or Telkom business line was not working. I reported the problem and the person at Telkom tested the line at the same time and informed me that it was testing faulty. I was then given a reference number and told that it would be repaired within 24 to 48 hours.by the 14th nothing had been done so I tried phoning Telkom for an update.
Csll 1 at 07:47 on hold 5min22s and went unanswered.
Call 2 at 09:12 on hold 5min 25s and went unanswered
Call 3 at 11:43 on hold 7min 53s and went unanswered
After call 3 we went onto Telkom's web site and sent an e-mail escalating the problem-no answer.
This morning, Wednesday 15th January 2014, 4 days after reporting the fault, I managed to get through to Telkom to check the status of the fault. I was informed that a Technician had only yesterday been assigned to the fault.
We have not seen or heard from the technician.
