On December the 6th 2012 we issued a cell phone contract with MTN with a special where we get a TV. We have been waiting a month and 4 days for the tv to arrive. The people at Bright Point's attitude is so disgusting towards clients, they want me to pay a delivery fee for the tv which is absolutely unacceptable. I will not pay ANYTHING for a delivery and get bad service... we phoned very often to track our tv and all they say is we're going to get it next week... it's a month and 4 days later and we still don't have our tv. I FIND THIS SERVICE REVOLTING AND I EXPECT TO GET RESULTS ASAP!
