Firstly, I must start of by Complimenting on the awesome manner in which you can Apply for a Phone from Cell C (Online), however I just wish that the People who work at this Company could live up to the Standard of Their "Automated" Machines...
After placing a Contract Order through, I was advised that Delivery will occur, ON Wednesday (09/10/2013, this past week... I believed this to be a little Far-fetched, however this was the Promise that was made by Cell C; so I took the Day off in order to await my Delivery. Eventually after becoming tired of waiting, I phoned Cell C, only to hear that my Account was still in the Process of Being Finalized. Later that Day I received a Call stating that My order had been Accepted and Successfully Processed, and that the Phone will be delivered no Later than Friday (11/10/2013) - Today; So again, I took the day off. After getting a little impatient, and worried due Wednesday's Situation, I called Cell C again, to Find out the Status of my Delivery, Only to be told that My account has not been Processed as yet and I can expect the Device SOMETIME next week.
2 Days of Leave taken, No Communication from Cell C, and I am Still WAITING!!!
