Cell C
Still waiting for phone

I found out now that I still don't have an delivery number for my phone and this is the only reason the phone cannot be delivered.
I phoned cell c on the 26/03/2013, only on the 06/04/2013 you phoned to say there is paperwork outstanding.
Required paperwork was sent 08/04/2013, order was placed on 15/04/2013.
Today I am told that the phone will take 14 days to deliver, once a delivery number is allocated?
Advertising said 3-7 days, it was explained that it would take a bit longer, in 4 days it would be a calender month since I first phoned???
