To whom it may concern,
I called Cell c direct on 7 January 2013 to apply for the I Phone 5 16gb special (R399 pm) and it was approved the same day.
They assured me that the waiting time is 10 to 14 working days but until now there is no estimated time of delivery. According to Cell c there is a shipment that is late and no one knows when it will arrive. I contact them once a week and the story stays the same!!
Its been 17 working days with no clarity on this matter.
So please can anyone contact from cell c to tell me when I will receive my phone!!!
