I applied for a contract at the Telkom store (Springs) on the 30th of December 2013 and it was authorised on the 2nd of January. I went to the store on the 4th oj January to collect the phone but my number was not ported over to Telkom moblie before the contracted was initiated like i specifically requested and was also reflected on the form. The porting process had many problems but if eventually worked on the 13th on Jan and I went to go pick up the phone on the 14th.
While using the phone I ran out of data within hours of getting it, because the contract I requested comes with 5 gigs of data i was very shocked. I called the call centre and I was informed that the contract i am signed up for is the Smart saver 100 and not the smart plan 100 as I specifically asked for because I specifically said i want the option with 5 gigs of data.
I have tried to call the store but they do not answer their phone and I cannot keep taking time off work to go there physically.
My order has been messed up on many levels and I would like it to be sorted out as soon as possible.
