TELKOM MOBILE- NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BREACH OF CONTR

TELKOM-Worse service ever and I really regret taking a contract with them.
Took a contract as advertised in booklet-S4 on smart M with 1GB of data. I took this specially for the data as I work a lot from my phone. 1 Oct 2013 I was loaded with only 180GB (Don't know where they get this as this is not even the standard GB with the Medium. I logged a query on the 3rd of October, contacted the store at Clearwater whom confirmed that there is a mistake as my contract agreement was for 1GB. After many useless phone calls to many incompetent staff at their call centre-or staff that's just not interested to help the query was cancelled and I received and sms saying that I received my data as I should. Clearwater store then logged another query, at least the girl there is very helpful but the situation is out of her hands. Today is the 15th of October, almost two weeks later and I still have not had any response regarding this query. All I am being told is that they are waiting for an email from the person dealing with this-but that's it, who knows when he will decide to respond. And the worse part-I have to pay for something I haven't received. Will never refer anyone to Telkom mobile!
