9 Weeks and still waiting for line transfer

We requested a line transfer about 9 weeks ago. Despite friendly help and feedback way back then, simply nothing has happened since, despite my numerous phone calls, escalations, etc. They then promised installation on 21 December. Waited at home the whole day, NO ONE pitched. They are now stating 21 January, which is another 6 days from now. I'm not prepared to wait any longer whatsoever, this is completely and utterly unacceptable.

I have a home office and my cell phone bill for December only is already R1100 more than usual because of 3G costs. I simply have not had any other choice than to use 3G up until now. Now, I travel to a different house every day to use ADSL.

We don't use DSTV, but streaming online TV, so haven't had proper TV in 5 weeks. Also not have been forced to pay the ridiculous R700pm DSTV fee, so telkom, you owe me R1800 so far, not counting January.

I tried to be prudent by phoning 4 weeks before we moved into the news house. Now, 5 weeks after we've moved in, still nothing.

Telkom, you're costing me money, additional effort, and most precious of all, time. Please do the installation ASAP so we can GET ONLINE at last.
