I complained about Vodacom renewing my contract without my permission and then continuing to bill it when they specifically said that it was reversed, I even have a letter confirming the reversal.
I then had a consultant call me. he first said he would convert the contract into prepaid, and he then said he would request a credit on my behalf for all the charges that were wrongfully charged and taken by debit order.
I have not heard anything ever since that call, have no idea if that request was indeed initiated and whether it is being processed or not.
Having complained on this forum you'd think they would keep you updated until the whole complaint is resolved, but... Nope.
I must now yet again run around just to get information about money they wrongfully took from my account.
I don't see myself ever renewing any of my contracts again. We can't be getting service as if it's a favour, when we actually pay for all this... Totally unacceptable.
