Contract payments

Either vodacom has very incompetent people working for it or it's the biggest company i have seen so far. First they sold me a faulty phone which the promised to collect in October and never did until i complained her in Hello Peter. After they collected the phone in December the 5th they promised to reverse the contract and refund me which is still not one and no good reason is given for why not either. They refusing to refund me as well because the contract is not yet reversed so instead they continue billing me every month and pay them selves with my money that are holding from me. I have complained more than 3times with them already in December their excuse was that "its holidays, they cant get to all the problems" now they just saying they will log service request and escalate the problem and get back to me. I have not heard from them, except sending a text massage telling me when and how much they going to deduct from the money they keeping from me for a the payment. i really regret the day i took a contract with vodacom!!!
