Guys, i would just like to take this opportunity to enlighten you on the most shocking billing info ever.!!
let me start by saying, i have been a vodacom customer for quite some time now, and has NEVER EVER missed a payment of any kind.

i upgraded in December from a Talk 120 package to a Smart L package, obviously from my Blackberry to a Apple I phone. I have received my bill (which is R1600 by the way)!!!

on the invoice, i am still paying for the BIS, i am still paying for my previous handset!! why is that?? i have upgraded and signed another 2 year deal with you, why do this to me??? as far as i understand, you pay for the new contract? i cannot pay 2 comtracts at the same time??

i am now regretting signing another deal with them. i keep my side of the bargain by paying on time, and you kick me in the nuts by milking me as hard as you can. perhaps i must also act in such way, and just stop paying you. if you want to hand me over, do so please. i will pay you R10 a month for the next 100 years.
