I am on a 315 Topup. I was informed I can upgrade. I did this in the second month of the 3 month period. I did so. Had a Nokia N9 that the cost of the Handset was calculated in the monthly bill that worked out to R410 pm. Then I upgraded to the Note 3 and the lady worked in the costs of the handset witch comes to R570pm. Witch has steep but I could live with it. The end of October I got billed for the old Handset and the new Handset. I can in some manner understand the paying for both but absolutely no one informed me about it and now I will be paying for it again the end of November. If I knew this I would have waited until the contract run out. I'm really disappointed in Vodacom. I have been a loyal costumer with them for 10 years and now I'm regretting it. This was poor service. I am so upset I want to cancel the contract but they make it so expensive for you that your unable to cancel the contract so you just keep on paying the contract. From now on I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone.
