Firstly i would like to state that i know this is a big problem and understand that there is thousands of preorders before me but i would like to ask for a break if at all possible
I have orders an iphone 5 in last week and it was explained to me that i will wait for 4 weeks, i had no problem with this and was under no impression that i would receive the phone any sooner.
However my current mobile phone has broken down completely over the weekend and i am totally at your mercy?
Can you please help otherwise i will have to buy a temporary phone which is definitely not first prize.
I have moved from MTN after 12years with them due to your customer service please HELP!
