Bad connection Cell C

I have moved from MTN where I was for almost 12years or more and never had this problem before. I am with Cell C since December 2012 waited almost 6 months for the IPhone 5.Got a fantastic offer from Cell c and moved over to be disappointment. 90% of the time a am missing calls, dropping calls or cannot send any messages via SMS or whatsapp and also when I call people if it does go through it is either busy or rings but nobody answers, do the same on a Galaxy S 3 which is with Vodacom and the exact same place and call the same person it then goes through and somebody answers. I also have an IPod and sit at the exact spot in my house and try to connect to the wireless router I do not get any connection on my IPhone but can connect on my I Pad. The hand set went in for repairs and came back that the software was a problem and was upgraded.1day later same problem phone has gone in again I await there feedback.
