Online Payment from ABSA not converted to Prepaid

I made 2 payments for R300 last year to my prepaid number (0845262064) On the 27/11/2013 and 3/12/2013. I used ABSA Internet On-line prepaid system. According to the bank statement the funds are no longer in my account. The funds was not converted to air time.

For the last 2 months starting the 6/12 i have been calling in about this to 084140. I have had numerous promises that this will be resolved. To the extend that some agents personally vowed to call me back with updates. This has never happened. Most recently Jason.

I have send the bank statements in PDF and jpg formats to the cellc customers emails as requested.

What is very very frustrating is the fact that I get case numbers given to me but when I call in the numbers can not be found. 3121302115 and 3123000588 just to name few.
aIt is very frustrating that I have to explain my self over and over again. That Cell C agents does not hold to there promises and that I receive no cosponsors about this except the automated emails.
