Horrible Service

I have a Telkom phone line with ADSL at 2m/s and my web hosting is with them as well also at 2m/s. For the last 2 weeks I have had the lowest internet speeds since I had the line installed 2 years ago. I did a speed test and had a ping of 200ms and download speed of 1m/s. I contacted Telkom and was told that they are aware that of the problem and that my exchange is congested. I contacted Telkom this morning again only to be told that they have escalated the issue to the technical department and that a technician has been assigned. I am really frustrated and I believe that this is the exact reason why no one wants telkom as their service provider. I did another speedtest and the results are astounding... IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE!!! A 400ms ping... REALLY??? I run a business from home and if this is not resolved by close of business TODAY then I will move to iburst or the mobile networks. You are USELESS!!!
