In December 2013 I tried contacting the 808 call centre a number of times, no one answers. I tried again on the evening of 14/01/2014, hung on for 54m24s before I hung up. Do we pay for a service that doesn't provide support? Why can't there be clear communication as to what's going on? When the money has to be deducted, it goes off on time so why can't the service be delivered?
