I have called 6 or more times to your call centre!!! Sent mails to your support email address which is only cable of sending auto replies to acknowledge the query.
Empty promises were made of getting back to me every time I called in to the centre and on the auto reply mails its way past 48 hours!!!
I made a purchase on your site on the 18th December 2014.The delivery date promised was the 23rd December 2014. Today is the 3rd January and my purchase has still not been delivered. if I call the call Centre no one knows where my item is why its so many days late!
really tired of dealing with several useless call centre staff who are do not know how anything works and always advise that they will call back and never do!!!
Need some knowledgeable and helpful to assist as I refuse to waste any more of my time calling!!!
