About two weeks ago I applied for the MyGig 2 Standard data contract with Vodacom which included a Huawei B683 Router. My telephonic application was approved and delivery instructions were recorded. The sales agent indicated that they were experiencing delivery delays and that the delivery would take a few days. I explicitly indicated that I would be out of the office the following week and that they should deliver during the last week of Feb 2013. Last week I waited the whole week for the delivery and enquired several times on the 0821945 number to enquire about the delivery. Eventually when I got through, the first time they indicated that the delivery company tried twice to deliver in the week which I said I will not be at the office and that I should speak to them. They put me through without a tracking number. The second time they gave me the wrong tracking number. The third time they cut me off. The buck just gets passed on... To date I have received no call or email to indicate how the matter will be resolved. My Ref number is 13799770. I am unhappy with the quality of service from a company that pride themselves on service delivery
