After sending over 10 Escalation forms on your Telkom website, logging a complaint with ICASA and going as far as sending an email to the Consumer Protector, the underground cables were fixed yesterday and I once again have my ladline and internet worknig again!
For all the stress and inconvenience you people put me through I want a credit on my account for the month of January and I do not expect my February bill to then say I owe for January otherwise i will be off and start my complaints once again!!!
