I have a mtn contract, my phone started giving challenges when I took the phone to MTN outlets in Cape Town CBD, I was sent to pillar ti post and even told I could not be assisted at the Golden Acre Mall Cape Town store as they were busy. This us not the first time (poor service, rude staff and no assistance to the problem I'm experiencing with my phone). I am disgusted by the service I encounter with this service provider (I have never been treated like this in my life going for the same problem for more than two years for the phone to be repaired).
