This complain is on behalf of my senior friend. Her contract expired and she was called for an upgrade, she wanted to cancell het contract but was forced into upgrading and the phone she received is worsed than her previous phone (older features). She try to contact Vodacom to be assisted with no luck, it takes forever to contact the call centres. She like an afrikaans agent to contact her in order to make herself clear. It seems to me Vodacom is so desperate for sales know they target old seniors and pensioners. She wanted to go to the newspaper for help, then I talk to her to first try Hello Peter.
