Come this month end, I can see that you are going to try and debit my account for two amounts, I can also see myself asking the bank to reverse the payment (just like I did last month).
I was wrong when I thought that me reversing the payment was going to give me your attention so that we can resolve the issue at hand once and for all but I was wrong, clearly.
