Hi. I have been battling for several months now to get 2 debit orders stopped from Platinum life. Every month i hae to call Nedbank to have this reversed after placing stop paymentswith both, due to amounts differing every month. When some ridiculous amount was deducted again this morning, i was advised by a very rude Nonhlanhla that she will not reverse this as i have to place a stop payment every 3 months. Why was this not communicated the first time??? I am a single parent and there is more debit ordersto go through that account. So where does this leave me if my bank that can clearly see there was stop payment on before now refuses to reverse these items.
