USE WRONG ACCOUNT

Today is the 27th June. Its been a month and still no one can help me. I went to FNB Hatfield 23 May to add a schedule payment on my account. The person help me to do it and I left. The payment was schedule on the 27th May. The 30th May TOP TV phone me and ask for a payment. After I sent the payment they phone me and say the payment was done in wrong account. I phone STD bank and they say the account number that was use is a private account number it is not for TOP TV. Call centre at FNB just tell me, bad news you just lost R300.00 you can't get your money back. (Great service) Phone the branch the pick up and put me on hold for 20 min I then just put the phone down (today) No one can help me. Today it is been a month and still no payment reverse. I must pay know double the amount, this is not my fault. The account number is on my record. Who is going to take responsible. I want my money pay back, I can be 1 person but I will not leave it here. I'll promise you. I will keep posting this until I get my money back. I
