Keep on billing me on wrong debit date

It now month two that old mutual loans have take money out my account on the wrong date, i called them last month and tried to resolve this matter and was told its the automated system that waits for money in the account then takes the debit, well clearly this is not working as they have now twice attempted to take the debit the day before i get paid resulting in a non payment letter being sent to me from the bank, i am sure this has affected my credit rating, i have not had time to check but Im sure is has, this is totally unacceptable, i then again this month raised my concerns with Old mutual and was told they will investigate this was a week ago no feed back nothing truly upsetting.
