The reason for my call - loosing airtime evening without me using my phone.

firstly i called the call centre 5 times, i was told that i have to be transfered to another department.
on the 5th call thats when some1 actually helped.
the worse part is waiting for some help an when you do get it they tell you the incorrect things and then u have to call back considering MTN will not call you back.

i have been a loyal client for over 20years and im soo disappointed in the service.
Today 14th Jan 2014, a lady by the name Leeann from MTN survey department calls me to rate the service, but after asking me if i know someone working for a telecommunication company she tells me i dont qualitfy to answer the survey, what does me knowing some one in telkom have any effect on the fact that i had service from MTN. This makes no sence at all.

so i think that, that question is really stupid and makes no sence.
