I called yesterday to do a sim swop. I was told its after 5and the people who does sim swops will call me back today before 12.after 2pm no call so I called.after holding for what seems to be hrs the call centre agent tells me the turn around time for the sim swop people to call me back is 24-48hrs.what's even worse is the way the customer service agent assisted me. I asked her to put me through to the survey so I can rate my service and than she puts me on hold for a while and than drops the call. I don't appreciate bad serice and won't be upgrading.will take my business where I'm appreciated as a customer.
