I called in at customer care on the 12/10/2013 because I was not able to connect to the internet, I was transferred to the technical department were I was placed on hold for almost 10min. The guy than transferred me to rate the service, I was so that he didn't even help me and transferred me to a survey without telling me, maybe if he cut the call I would understand but what he did was just RUDE!!!
I called again wanting to speak to him and was told he didn't log interactions and a TL will call me back...
I am still waiting for that call back...
