On Saturday, had a power failure, when electricity came back on Xtraview would not work. 1st call to DSTV 15 minutes hold, put through to wrong dept despite selecting correct and then got cut off. Next call got through to someone who clearly was reading what to do (not very well) and did not get sorted. After 1/2 hour told me they had a problem from 7am and would be sorting it. Nothing. Another call spoke to Tabang who told me their call centre being upgraded and he promised to get extra view department to call me back. Took their survey - "We strive to Delight"- what a load of rubbish and told them appalled - no follow up call for that either. Why bother having a survey? Fell asleep waiting. Well nothing Sunday and now its Monday at 9.49 and nothing - guess what hold on again!!! Wonder if they will refund me 2 days no viewing - that's is a joke. Sorry they have a monopoly.
