So i took out a phone and a credit card with FNB, I was already a client of theirs and never really had any problem, hardly needed to contact them so i guess thats why.
I took out insurance on the phone and i ask FNB to close down all other bank accounts with another bank i use to bank with. (Note the credit card is alot more recent then the phone.)
The phone fell and crack the screen, i phoned the FNB, after being transfered about 10 time i finally arrived at the correct department. I was then told i would be sent a form via email 4 months on, and multiple phone calls to try get back to that department, i still have not recieved the forms. Yet i still pay for the insurance...
Then the moving of accounts. I phone the call center each time i get cut after the person on the other side finally answers. What makes it worse, i get a email asking me to rate the service of said person, yet no one will call me back after getting cut off. I sent a email to premier banking. Still have no response besides the automated one.
Just to top off my joys with FNB, every week i get phone calls asking if i want to buy something new... But they cannot help me with my problems!
