No consumer protection

After being harassed by Chase Tracking's call centre I was informed that Telegenix trading is the company who sold my personal contact details to Chase Tracking for marketing purposes.

Could you please confirm where and when I gave you my contact details? Also where and when I gave you permission to sell it to other companies?

Selling private contact details is in no way protecting me as a consumer.
