Regarding REQ:3116367, I still do not have a new Samsung Galaxy Note 2, feedback or restored confidence in your "service". How would you like me to respond to that? Please, do tell.
The only response was from the wrong local MTN store which I did not use because they had bad service with my previous upgrade cycle. And the 1 before that... Which was also reported to HelloPeter.com with no improvement to the service that these people offer.
So, I'm begging you to firstly get back to me about my problem with your service and at least inform me that you will not be assisting me in the next day, week or month. Secondly, please shed some light on your policy about customer complaints.
