I have been paying insurance on my handsets at Vodacom for over 3 years now. I have made queries on this, because I always decline the insurance option. I have had NO feedback on why I am paying and where the authority came from. I need answers, correction and full refund from the day of the 1st instalment. I am due for an upgrade in March 2014. If this is not sorted soon, I will surely be cancelling my contract with Vodacom. They are not the only cellular company out there.
