Breach of Contract

I reported and submitted my contract phone to Vodacom Makhado Branch, they took the Phone to polokwane for checking and fixing. The makhado vodacom Branch told phoned me that they need R500.00 for the Job card. I told the i have a contract with Vodacom which expires on January 2014 and why should I pay R500.00. On Monday the 15 September 2013 I received an sms from Vodam that I should collect the item which is the galaxy note 2 phone that I took for repairs and nothing was done on the phone. The problem with my phone when I took it to Vadom for repairs was that it could not be on for morethan 5 Minutes, and the makhado vodacom branch indiicated that the battery is bulging and this could be the cause.

NB: My ohone was returned back to me without having been fixed and I still have a Contract with Vodacom which expires on January 2014. Please Help, I feel that i am treated unfailry by my service provider.
