4 Stores to be told to go to a 5th store

I needed a letter for my phone that is broken beyond repair so that i can claim from insurance. I first went to Bankcity MTN in JHB (1st Branch) and they said try Boksburg branch. I went to the Boksburg branch (2nd Branch) and sent me to a branch on Northrand road (3rd Branch) that is closed down. I tried the big branch in Rivonia (4th Branch) to finally be told i must go to Midrand to get the letter. The level of this type of service is OBSCENE! to be sent to 4 different branches with each having a different story and all could not help is unbelievably shocking! I've 3 contracts (2cell and 1Internet) under my name with MTN and have been a client for almost 10 years and this is how i get treated. I have subsequently cancelled my one contract prematurely due to absolutely nobody being able to explain why my service fees shot up to R1000 every month since the price increase recently and now i'm trying to get assistance with a letter stating that my phone is irreparable and i get sent to 4 different branches and basically i must go to a 5th branch. I 've gone to Vodacom to assist me which took 15 minutes and my contracts will be moving there too! Useless doesn't begin to describe MTN
