Cancellation of 2 contract never done

Dear Cell C

I have cancelled my 2 contracts on account number 00642860 (084 337 3536) & (084 337 3537) in August 2012 by the store in Brakpan Carnival Mall, they have send the fax with my cancellation letter to your cancellations department or call center number 08414329 but was never cancelled, I would like to be refunded the 8 months that my account was debited and not cancelled R1200.00. I still have the proof of the cancellation letter and the fax report that was send as proof of my cancellation.

Please cancel the service immediately.
