Webafrica has to be the most vague and opaque ISP in the Country.
They do not make it clear as to downloading parameters upfront and then simply terminate the service if the unknown parameter is breached or throttle the service until it is virtually unusable.
Further to that, they then cut off my service completely and suddenly and with no warning at the beginning of the month and then still expect payment for the whole month!
The customer service is laughable and this is one ISP that is certainly best to avoid.
