I purchased a samsung television in march 2011 at my local furnishers. I wanted to buy a television at game which was on sale but the salesman pursuaded me to to take their television at the same price astheur their after service is much better and that the television that he pursuaded me to take was a better television.

Then october last year, the television broke, and was sent to samsung to fix. I never got a report to say what they did and why it broke, and the tv came back to me. Then again in January 2013 the television did the same thing and broke again. To this, my furnisher sent the tv back to samsing, who again fixed the television but never reported again what was wrong and just brought it back.

Last week, 13 February 2013, the television did the same thing ie. when i put it on, the red light flickers, then the tv dies; hen after a while it starts paying again. My local furnishers now advises me that the tv dont go out to samsung again, as they come to fix it on premises now and also, they claim that the tv broke for different reasons, therefor their policy to replace the tv after the 3rd time it broke does not apply!
