It is now more than a month since I have reported that my Telkom line is out of order. Telkom obviously died and was buried with Mandela. And guess what, they have the arrogance to ask me to pay for a service which I do not have not the use of.
My previous complaint on Hello Peter resulted in an "escalation" (No ARS 240848) which had no benefit to me as to date, I have not had any feedback or improvement.
Oh and yes, they still want their money. I suppose they have to pay their well earning executives to continue doing what they do best - nothing.
