As I do not want to continue repeating myself, I have copied the previous complaint I have done with Peter (with Telkom's reply) and to-date this problem now over 9 months has still not been resolved.

Hi - My complaint is that Telkom is not able to honor their contract deals that they offer. I have taken out a contract with Telkom which included my land line rental, adsl, and a 8.ta blackberry. the calls from my landline to the 8.ta number was to be free, however after 9 months of complaining (every month) and escalating - i still do not have a resolution. i keep on been bill for these calls. I am not sure how can this be since i have complaint / spoken to senior persons at Telkom - and to date my problem is still around.
