My phone line died on the 20th of Deceber 2013, I reported this fault on the 20th upon which I was ensured the problem would be resolved within 3 days. I am still waiting, after numerous fruitless calls to re report and ask it is as if Telkom is dead. I even tried their complaints escalation on their website, it is as if there is no life at telkom. This incident has costed me more than a R1000, since I have to now use 3G to maintain websites. The report number is 169CRK201213.
