i have a problem with telkom my mother has reported her telkom line at home that it is not working after it has been cut off, 'by mistake", because she did not pay on time she only missed one day of payments and she payed but the phone was cut off, i think this is unfair to the older people as we need to check up on them because we are working far, it has now been more that a month waiting for the technicians to come and fix the line they always say they will come but that never happened til to date.
