On 2013-06-01 I reported early the morning my faulty Telkom landline. A fault reference was provided namely 972CTZ290113 for service 0126617864. Up to date, no progress by Telkom SA to repair the faulty line (six days without a Telkom line). This is not acceptable as all the surrounding lines are in orde
